Seeing how I'm stuck in the house this week... Stephen got his COOK BACK!! (well.. for a week anyway) haha

Chicken Tatrazinni
In a large pan saute onion and bell pepper.

Boil spaghetti noodles

Boil chicken and cook until no longer pink in the middle. drain chicken and let cool. Then shred chicken.

Add all of the following ingredients to the pan
except for 1/4 cup cheddar cheese.
1 1/2 - 2 c. cooked chicken, diced, 6 oz. spaghetti, cooked, 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup, 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (-1/4 cup), divided, 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. onions, chopped, 1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste

Combine together and pour into the prepared baking dish.

Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly around the edges.
** Which I totally messed up because I thought it said save all of the shredded cheese till the end for the TOP. Now as I am posting this I realize I was supposed to ONLY SAVE 1/4 cup to put on top after. HAHAH oh well.. didn't even notice!

Shoot... what can go wrong when you take your first bite and all you can taste is CHEESE! HHAHA
It was still REALLY YUMMY! :)
