Bachelorette Dinner

This is FOR YOU MOM! :)
At my Bachelorette party I fell in LOVE with the FOOD that was served! Mom and I BEGGED for the recipe from the AMAZING COOK (Kayci, maybe you can help me with her name...) She was SOO SWEET and ADORABLE! She wrote it down for me and my mom! So let me share it with you...

"HOT CHICKEN SALAD"
2-3 cups diced cooked chicken breast
2/3 c chopped celery
8 oz can water chestnuts diced (found in the Asian Food section at the store)
1/2 c slivered almonds
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese grated
1-6 oz frozen onions
1 cup Helman Mayo
juice of lemon
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp paprika (my BEST FRIEND)
& Potato chips

Mix ingredients and let stand in fridge over night.
Then crunch chips on top
Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15min

Mom I know you are cooking it this week, let me know if it looks the same! :) ha
Took some picture just FOR YOU! This is what Stephen & will be eating tomorrow! ha-ha Anyone feel free to make it on over if you want some!

After I top it off with the potato chips of course... :)

  1. Well what did you think, Did you cook it first before the chips? How did Steven like it? Did the velveeta cheese taste better then the cheeder cheese? Looks good in the pictures let me know.

  2. Umm.. not so much a fan of this meal! ha I think it would work better if you had some crusants and used the dish as a spread and ate is as a warm Sandwich. It was good.. just not by itself! :) ha
