Little Bunny Foo Foo

SPRING is finally here! Stephen and I ran across a PET! That's right.. most people that know me and are reading the word "PET" are probably a little SHOCKED, but no need... this pet of ours is free to wonder where ever he wants OUTSIDE, find his OWN food, and stop and look pretty in front of us every now and then. I have taken the time to name him... 

"LITTLE BUNNY FOO FOO" I had to take my camera out the other day when he stopped right in our back yard for a little visit! :) 

Then... OFF HE WENT!!

Ok.. I decided to finally post some honeymoon pictures! I will have to say this is the only place Im going to post them, because this was something SPECIAL and PERSONAL for Stephen & I! :) I will always remember our big day and the week after! I LOVED MY HONEYMOON! It was amazing... every part of it!! I want my to show you how beautiful the place was! just.. BEAUTIFUL!! You will be able to tell that by the pictures!

Our favorite meal of the day.. BREAKFAST! It was our ENERGY SOURCE FOR THE DAY! We loved our OMELETTE man! :)

WITH PEOPLE!! 

Yes.. I was obsessed with the BRIGHT BEAUTIFUL flowers at our resort... so on our way to dinner I would always pick one or two to decor myself with! HA

Along with my signature drink on the trip! Don't freak out guys.. it was a VIRGIN Pinacolada! :) 

Oh.. and coolest of all the BEDS they had placed by all the pool sides and BEACH! SOO COOL! & Romantic! ha 

OUR NEW HOME!!! :)

Well.. I don't know if you noticed my last comment on my last blog, but I said... Thanks for the new "HOUSE WARMING GIFT"! THAT'S RIGHT.. Stephen & I bought a NEW HOUSE today in FRISCO TEXAS!!!! We are soooo sooo happy! Take a look.. 

FAMILY TIME!

Well I have had my entire family come down this week! It was been SO AWESOME! :) 

I really do love when I get to see them! One of the hit spots to eat was SNUFFERS and their CHEESE FRIES! Yum yum yum.... you want a good hamburger HEAD THERE! It's in PLANO!

Mom & Dad got to come down too! I got a chance to take em around the town for 2 days! :) It was so much fun, including all the fun places we got to eat! SNUFFERS, CHUY'S, P.F. CHANGS, and BABE'S.. oh... and can't forget the famous CUSTARD PLACE.. called  Double Dip! haha Even though I feel like a FAT COW, I HAD SOO MUCH FUN WITH THEM!!! miss you guys!! 

Thanks for the flip flops and the new house warming gift!! :)

Stephen & I were driving home after church today and we saw some sort of ANIMAL, so we decided to hop out of the car and get a better look. We though.t. Surly not, but we were seeing it with OUR OWN EYES! It had to be true...

SPRING BREAK VISITOR!

  Look who came to visit STEPHEN AND ME!!! :) He is our one and only NEPHEW CALEB!  
Stephen asked Caleb if he would drive us to AMAZING JAKES? He said, "Mmm.. well I could try." So when Stephen was trying to figure out the car seat in the back seat, Caleb just hopped in the front and said.. LOOK STEPHEN I CAN DRIVE! ha-ha

Amazing Jakes was AMAZING! We were able to ride the BUMPER CARS for his first time! I was a little nervous about them not letting him on because his height, but the High-School guy running the ride said.... go ahead he makes the HEIGHT by the TIP OF HIS SPIKES on his head! ha-ha. 

     Then we played around of PUTT-PUTT

To top off the night we asked Caleb to show us how to do his FAMOUS FROG dance.. and he did! :) We LOVE our Caleb! We had so much fun with him!

Wichita Trip....

I got to see my little nephew kick the ball around this weekend! Yes.. it's true he has followed the "SOCCER" steps of his Aunt TASHA! He's actually REALLY GOOD! He's always scoring, and gets so mad if the other team scores. I  just might see him as a RIDER RAIDER SOCCER PLAYER! :) 

This week they played a really hard team.. but he never fails to be the little entertainer! :) As Stephen says... he is #1 Soccer player, and # 2 ENTERTAINER! haha which I have to AGREE! He's always determined to score, but most of all he wants to make sure the people in the bleachers SAW HIM! haha He's such a little cutie! 

WE LOVE OUR CALEB! GO WARRIORS 

After the game we went to a sweet wedding in Henrietta, THE HOFF WEDDING! They have 8 kids now between the both of them, which now they are known as the BRADY BUNCH of Clay County! :) ha-ha

It was so cute to see all the kids standing up there with their parents. After at the reception Bryan Hoff (The Groom) gave a "straight from the heart" speech.. uhhh... let's just say there wasn't a dry eye in the room! So sweet... 

Later that evening we celebrated JOE ROSS's BIRTHDAY! (Stephen's Brother)

He will be 25 March 18th. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOE!  Stephen and I got him a "Rockin J.R." branding iron so that he can brand his steaks as he grills them! We also got him a Leonardo Da Vinci book??? Which.... I was a little hesitant to give him because of the cover.. to me it was a little X-Rated, but I guess I just don't understand the whole ART/ARCHITECTURE world? All I know is Stephen knows his brother, and Joe is really good at what he does! He probably will be building a home for us or you one day... or might even design the next WICHITA FALLS SIKES CENTER MALL.. which we could use a NEW ONE! :) 

Man.. we had such a FULL WEEKEND! Sunday came, and we visited COUNTRY CHAPEL! Loved my Dads message about believing & having FAITH that God Can still HEAL today.. "Mark Chapter 5:21-43"! 

An important part of the message was people don't only need to just SAY you BELIEVE, but we need to act on it as well. An interesting quote my dad said was... (forgive me if this is not the exact quote)...

         "63% percent of Californians said they believe their will be an earthquake in the next 4                  years in California, but only 1/4 of that 63%  had earthquake insurance. mmm.. It's so                  strange how people think?? They didn't ACT on their beliefs? Just think about that...

He just got one for the YOUTH GROUP! My mom and him have been doing the YOUTH too! So he thought it would be a perfect way to connect with the YOUNG PEOPLE! Yeah.. my DAD's totally HIP! :) 

After church we headed to Stephen and I's FAVORITE PLACE for lunch ( HUNANS )!! 

Love Love Love... the Hunan family and their FOOD! :) This is my sister and I after filling our TUMMYS will chicken & Fried RICE! Mmm Mmm Mmm... 

Yes.. she's famous! ha CHANNEL 6 NEWS... people stop her everywhere! ha Even at HUNANS!

Then it was time to pack our things and head back to plano! Always a late night ROAD TRIP.. but I have my hubby to drive me on the road! 

 

Bachelorette Dinner

This is FOR YOU MOM! :) 

At my Bachelorette party I fell in LOVE with the FOOD that was served! Mom and I BEGGED for the recipe from the AMAZING COOK (Kayci, maybe you can help me with her name...) She was SOO SWEET and ADORABLE! She wrote it down for me and my mom! So let me share it with you... 

"HOT CHICKEN SALAD"

2-3 cups diced cooked chicken breast

2/3 c chopped celery 

8 oz can water chestnuts diced (found in the Asian Food section at the store)

1/2 c slivered almonds

1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese grated

1-6 oz frozen onions

1 cup Helman Mayo

juice of lemon

1 tsp poultry seasoning

1 tsp paprika (my BEST FRIEND)

& Potato chips 

Mix ingredients and let stand in fridge over night. 

Then crunch chips on top

Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15min

Mom I know you are cooking it this week, let me know if it looks the same! :) ha

After I top it off with the potato chips of course... :) 

Just Married...

HAHA... That's right! LOOK WHO JUST GOT MARRIED! :) No... not Ashton Kutcher or Brittany Murphy its STEPHEN ROSS & TASHA TIPPIT! 

The LOVE SHACK BABY....

It's all about the LOOOOVVVVEEEE between Stephen and I. I seriously can't get enough of my hubby! People ask me all the time, "Do you miss Wichita?" Well... I'm not one of those girls that is ANTI-Wichita or always saying.. "Get me out of this town". I really do love wichita! Most of all because my family & Friends, but I honestly don't miss the town very much. I LOVE being in Plano with my HUBBY! I'm so happy living with him, and being married! I know I found that ONE God had planned for my life, and I have F-U-N with him everyday!! Gotta say.. I'm the happiest girl in the WORLD! :)

As you see in the pictures we headed to the STOCKYARDS in Ft. Worth and visited a small burger joint called the "Love Shack". It was all wooden and they had a balcony that had a great view over the main street. We were entertained by all the people/motorcycles in the streets along with the live country cover-band playing at the place. We chowed down our fries, cheeseburgers & rootbeers while listening to some George & Cash! PERFECT NIGHT!

The view from the balcony! We decided next year we would stay in this hotel... famous people such as... Tanya Tucker, George Strait, Randy Travis, Chuck Norris, Willie Nelson, Trisha Yearwood, Alabama, and MORE all stayed here!! It looks pretty cool, and we took a sneaky tour inside too! ha-ha

That's right Stephen and I decided to take our Saturday to the Ft. Worth Zoo.. :) It's so weird...you see those stupid animals on TV all the time, but MAN.... it is soo freakin cool to see them UP CLOSE and in person! Sometimes I felt they were going to attack us. You know those horror stories where the Tigers and Monkeys escape and, well... you know! AHH
